SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped up to 24 hours after purchase. Once shipped you will be provided a tracking number  through email to track your order. If you have not received a tracking number after 24 hours please check your spam and junk folders. Once this is done please email us at kallen@dezairefashions.com

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund and Exchange Policy

At DeZaire' we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about our products or policies, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at kallen@dezairefashions.com. We are here to assist you.

Eligibility: We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 10 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at kallen@dezairefashions.com

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and processed within 5 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Additional Costs: Customers are responsible for any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item, as well as any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
